Best Way To Listen To Live365 Shows

Hello Friends!

We’ve surveyed our listeners and one of the biggest areas that you’ve asked for is help on how best to listen to our internet shows on Live365.

Admittedly, the experience can be difficult.

Here is what we recommend.  The best way to listen is through use of the Radio365 player, which is downloadable from the Live365 website.

This player is free for used by our VIP listeners, who pay a subscription fee for listening. In return for this fee, you get free use of the player, and you can listen commercial-free to our show!

You can download the software and get a free trial membership to live365 to see what it’s like to have the VIP membership.  If you wish to continue using the player after the trial period, the player is available at $30 online.  Live365 will provide the details.

This really is the best way to go, as you can go about your web browsing and have the music in a dedicated player.  The Radio365 player is available for both Windows and the Macintosh.

You can also listen via the web browser.  Just follow our link to Listen Now on our website, then press the yellow play button on the next page.  This will launch either the windows media player or itunes, depending what is installed on your computer.

It is highly recommended that you have the latest updates on your computer.

On Windows, run Windows Update, to get the latest patches and the latest version of Internet Explorer.  To Run Windows Update, open Internet Explorer and go to the “Tools Menu” and select “Windows Update.”  Follow the on-screen directions and select not just the critical updates, select all of them.  You may have to restart your computer after running Windows Update.  Upon restart, repeat the process of running Windows Update (as there may be more updates, resulting from your previous efforts) until no more updates are found.

Or if you are running Firefox, Go in the Help menu and select “Check for Updates” to get the latest version of Firefox.

If you are on a Macintosh, run “Software Update” within the Apple Menu.  This may have to be repeated as well to get all the updates.

Once all updates have been loaded, you should have much better success in getting our show.

If you are still having difficulties, please leave a comment for us (registration required).  Andy, our technical expert will see if he can help step you through the issue.

We really want you as a listener!
