At the urging of Don Wolff, many St Louis Local Jazz and Blues Artists got together and recorded the CD “Someone To Watch Over Me”, with all proceeds benefitting The Backstoppers, an organization that helps families of Policemen, Firefighters and Emergency Responders who lose their life in the line of duty.

St. Louis artists contributed recordings to a CD compilation, Someone To Watch Over Me: The BackStoppers Project, to benefit the Backstoppers. Graphic design of the CD as well as studio time and engineering were donated as well. Funds have also been raised to cover the cost of CD duplication and song licensing… ?which means 100% of the proceeds from sales of the CD will go to Backstoppers!
